- 2 fennel;
- 1 orange;
- 100 g black olives;
- 300 g of lettuce;
- 3 tablespoons of oil;
- 1 lemon;
- salt and pepper.
Wash the lettuce and fennel; reduce the lettuce into strips and remove the outer leaves of fennel.
Cut the orange in slices, cut into rounds the olives.
Emulsify the oil in a bowl with the lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Serve the dish with orange slices, ettuce, fennel and olives and toss with the vinaigrette prepared.
