Bowls of fresh berries with cream variegated


 

When it gets too hot even for a walk, you better stay home and prepare a sweet and creamy fresh to offer to our guests, they will be surprised!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon
  • 250 grams of mascarpone
  • 300 grams of berries
  • 100 ml of whipped cream
  • few drops of vanilla extract
  • 120 grams of powdered sugar
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • hazelnuts to decorate

 

Directions

Put the mascarpone in a bowl and soften it by adding 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well. In a high-sided bowl, whip cream cake, then blend it with the mascarpone. Put the mixture in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, wash and dry the berries, put them in a bowl with 50 grams of sugar and the juice and grated rind of one lemon. Stir gently and allow to steep for 20 minutes. Take 4 cups, each arranged in a layer of mascarpone cream alternating with berries and their juice. Continue until you have completed with a spoonful of berries on the surface. Garnish with chopped nuts or chocolate topping.
