- 10 artichokes;
- 3 tablespoons of oil;
- 1 lemon;
- 100 g of bacon;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 tablespoon of flour;
- 3 red onions;
- 3 dl vegetable stock;
- salt and pepper.
Remove artichokes stems and the tough leaves, separate them in half, remove the hay and immerse them in water and lemon juice.
Put oil in a pan with garlic and let it brown.
Add the artichokes, bacon and onions.
Sprinkle with the flour mixture, moisten with broth, add salt and pepper, cover and cook over low heat for about 1 hour. Serve hot.
